Unfortunately, we are not able to customize orders, all of our albums come with our logo as part of our branding.

Absolutely! This photo window is for you to customize and categorize your album however  you like. Whether you’re creating a wedding album, a baby book or making a thoughtful gift, you can add whatever cover image you like, you can even get creative and add a title card  instead of a photo. 

We currently offer shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia. You can check out our Amazon.com store for shipping options to other countries.

We are conscious of the impact that returns have on the environment and for this reason we  ask that all our customers choose their items carefully and review before checkout as we do  not offer change of mind returns. We will of course offer returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of your purchase and if you have any concerns about your  order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We are always happy to help our customers!

All our albums are designed in house, in New Zealand and hand assembled by our wonderful factory workers in China. 

Our scrapbooks can hold multiple sized photos so the total number will depend on the sizes  you are using on each page. Here is our cheat sheet below:

4x6 = 500 total (5 photos per page)  

5x7 = 200-300 total depending on orientation (2 portrait and 1 landscape per page or  2 landscape per page)  

6x8 = If using glue then 2 landscape per page is possible (200 total), If using corner  mounting stickers only 1 per page to allow room for stickers (100 total) 8x10 = 100 (1 per page) 

8x12 = 100 portrait only (1 per page) 

10x12 = 100 portrait only (1 per page)

The pages are not adhesive so you will need to use photo mounting stickers, scrapbookers  glue or double sided tape. You will receive 240 free mounting stickers (enough for 60 photos) with your purchase and more can be purchased from our store. Make sure whatever you use  is acid free, so it doesn’t damage your photos. 

There is thin, sheer tissue paper between each page to prevent your photos from sticking to  each other when the album is closed, this will help prolong the life of your precious images.  These pages are not sticky/adhesive.

Our scrapbook gives you the ability to choose whatever orientation you like however, if you are looking for something with pockets, our 500 pockets album holds 2 vertical/portrait and 3 horizontal/landscape images per page.
