WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

La Lente does not offer 'change of mind' returns therefore we ask that you please select your purchase items carefully. If you have questions about products, please reach out to support@lalenteshop.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Returnable items must be:

  • - In the condition you recieved them
  • - Not used or damaged
  • - In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?

  • - Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • - Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • - You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • - There are no charges for returns if you receive incorrect or faulty items 
  • - Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • - If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed. If you are receiving a refund, a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
